Yet another bad latter-day Charlie Chan effort. Another array of cardboard suspects is involved in a murder plot. This time there's talk of secret agents and missing papers. None of it makes any sense at all. But the movie does have one thing going for it: there's a scene where Charlie Chan does the rumba.
