Charlie Chan In Rio (1941)

Reviews and Comments

Charlie Chan and his number two son visit Rio de Janiero and solve a pair of murders there. As is a fault with many of the weaker Chan films, the requisite array of suspects are introduced too fast and furiously to keep track of, and few have any real personality. Chan's showdown at the end, however, where he cracks the case, is gripping, clever, and even funny.
