Huh. That's probably why I haven't heard the commercial: I don't listen to the radio very much; my family and I talk in the car. And I'm skeptical about commercials anyway, so I don't expect immediate change. I have gotten progressively better, but it's not like night and day. I agree, that is a dangerous commercial. All the information I've seen makes a distinction between shyness and social phobia/social anxiety disorder, and makes it clear(to me, anyway) that Paxil is for the latter, not the former.
