I read about this patent being fingered as "IT", but someone at Ars Technica helpfully pointed out that the patent is for a product already released. It therefore can't be the tightly-guarded "IT" -- of whom only prototypes currently exist, so far as we know. But it wouldn't be surprising if the "real IT" is some sort of similar personal transportation device.
