This morning, just before the alarm clock went off, I was having a dream in which I was stuck in an elevator that was spinning for some reason. I think it was actually spinning 360 degrees, round and round, as it ascended to my floor. When I got there, the door opened, but the elevator was still spinning, and so I had to time my exit just right and jump through the doors when they rotated around back to the opening. I remember making my way through a room of some kind and slumping into a chair at a desk because I was so dizzy.

Then the alarm went off, waking me up. When I got out of bed and made my way across the room to shut off the alarm, I had a dizzy spell! I had to go back to the bed and sit on the edge for a few moments until it stopped. It wasn't until much later, after I'd had a shower and actually become sentient again that I connected my dream with what happened just after I woke up.
