It was a movie made in the 80's, or maybe it was really the early 90's about...a boy who could fly. Or at least he thought he could. Everybody else thought he was crazy, except for one girl. He took her flying with him at the end, of course.

Starred Jay Underwood, Fred Savage, Colleen Dewhurst. I can't remember the name of the actress who played the girl. Fred Savage played her little brother. He has one really great scene in it, or at least I thought so once upon a time. The *entire* movie he's wanted to ride his big wheel around the block in their new neighorhood, but the local group of bullies won't let him. Finally, near the end of the movie, he arms himself and sets out on his mission. He foils most of the bullies with his arsenal, which if I remember correctly, includes marbles dumped out the back to make them trip. Finally comes the showdown with the bullies' leader. Fred Savage whips out his water gun as the bully sneers at him...

You'll have to watch the movie to find out what happens. I can't spoil it for you!
