Well I wouldn't say favorites, but here's some of my mishearings of songs:

The first time I heard it, I thought the line "There's a bad moon on the rise"(from "Bad Moon Rising") was "There's a bathroom on the right".

For a long time I thought the line "Waaarrruuuu werewolves of London" was "Waaarrruuuu where was the thunder". After I found out the truth all the descriptions of werewolves in the first verse made a lot more sense.

And last and definitely least, I thought "Dust in the wind" was "Ducks in the wind".
