Help! I don't speak Dutch.

My daughter just got back from the Netherlands and she brought me a jar of chocolate syrup. At least they told her that was what it was. They also said sugar free, but since I'm not sure about the chocolate part, I don't want to take chances on the sugar free part.

It has pictures of hazel nuts on it and the label says "Hazelnoot Pasta." Under that it says "Suikervrij."

On the back it lists "Ingredienten" and I think I know what that means. Below that I find "zoetstof, plantaadrdige olie, 13% hazelnoten, magere cacaopoeder, magere melkpoeder, weipoeder, emulgator, and aroma."

I think I saw powdered cocoa and powered milk, but nothing that looks like sugar to me.
