I think you're safe from sugar with this one. I don't know what the zoetstuff is, but the rest appears to be some kind of oil, hazelnoot, cocoa powder, (skim?) milk powder, whey powder, emulsifier and flavour.

Course I don't speak dutch either. But my dog is German, so how hard can it be?
