I still say Colin Baker was the worst. His
mannerisms and his character were at best
annoying, and at worst just plain mean. I
would say that Sylvester was the second worst
though, but only because he was
uninteresting.

It would have been the same when I was
growing up, but I never even heard of Doctor
Who until I was in high school, so I never
formed any childhood opinions. I used to think
Tom Baker was best because he was all I
ever saw. Now that I've had a chance to review
every Doctor, I can't decide between him and
Pertwee.

Sorry, but any villains who let their pets do
most of the dirty work for them are lame in my
book. Cybermats, HA! Besides, did the
Cybermen ever conquer the Earth?
