Sorry if this ruins it slightly, but I much prefer the night. I wouldn't be surprised if people started trying to stake me during lectures. Well, I would, but I think you get my point.

You effortlessly give all of the good reasons for liking the night up there, and I'm glad you did. I haven't got a way with words. But even on a more practical level, the night holds so much more than the day. Being a Brit, the night is the best time to be on the internet if I want to see American friends. It also makes me feel slightly special to know that I'm enjoying something that happens every day, yet most people seem to prefer sleeping through.
