You're actually really close. Try not to panic too much. It *looks* like you need a physics degree to solve, but really all you're doing is connecting wires to make a loop. The thing to do now is to trace your loop all the way around and make sure everything connects. If you do that, you'll find some north/south errors on points 16 and 21. For example, one link might go south to a junction that does NOT go back to the north to connect to it. But it should.
