In adventure games, patience is MORE than a virtue. It's a way of life. The game gets more difficult as you continue, so get used to it (though you will improve, so it evens out). You know that incredibly evil frustrated feeling that you get at the pit of your stomach when you've been wandering around in the game for the past six hours, completely stuck? I _like_ that feeling. Well, I care more for the feeling that I get upon getting unstuck, but I wouldn't care as much if I didn't have that horrible feeling in the first place (a very existential sort of view).

You know, with all these players that are new to adventure games, perhaps a good general guide to these sorts of things would be in order? I think I'm going to post one in a new thread...
