It's coins for me, and I usually collect those passively. I just got a Missouri quarter from a meal transaction during my recent trip. That leaves Arkansas from last year and Mississippi from the year before, and I'll be pretty much caught up with the years before this one. I usually get foreign coins because of their resemblance to American money.
