I've been wondering for some time why Outlook Express sometime fails to show that tool bar where you can change font, or make things show up in italics, bold face, or different size type. Sometimes it's there and sometimes it's not, but if it's not, there is nothing you can do to make it appear. Do you reckon I've missed something?

And why do links show up in email in two different colors? Both are blue, but one is much brighter and the other has a slight violet tinge. They seem to work the same way.
