Well, it will be much bigger, which is part of why it will be much harder, I guess. In terms of difficulty as you go, maybe just a little harder. If you remember, POAT had two or three "configuration" puzzles, one timing puzzle, and one mathematical puzzle. SOAT will have plenty more of these things, so the difficulty will depend on how hard those POAT puzzles were for you.

Maybe just a 10, which would be okay if the ratings were only used to rank difficulty of the games. That would just say it's more difficult than all the other games, which is probably true. If one wanted to get some kind of measure of proportional difficulty, 40 sounds about right, I guess.
