SOAT difficulty question, for grem mostly

From all of your posts, it becomes obviously clear to me that SOAT will be MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH HARDER AND BIGGER than POAT, am I correct? If this is true, then how will the difficulty level be expressed on the AGLL difficulty rating scale, which appears to only go up to 10, and on which POAT ranks a 9? And while I'm at it, what *will* be the estimated AGLL difficulty rating of SOAT? 40? 50? 100? 1000?
