I remember when I got that game, I was like, 15. It had an option to censor the game. Unsensored there was blood and gore and some language and nudity almost, without it all those things were removed. I didn't care for the nudity or the language, but I kept it turned on because the gore was more 'realistic' that way. I also know that if my parents had ever found that game they would have beat me within and inch of my life.
