Another concept that your post brings to my
mind is how much easier it is to destroy
things than to create them. For mankind,
anyway. Building the twin towers took years,
and yet both were destroyed in the space of a
few short hours.

On the other hand, actions, whether for good
or ill, are the opposite. It's very difficult to undo
something once you've done it.
