POA Help! rubber tubes and Verna

I have used only two rubber tubes and have to blow up the transport ship but can't get near it. Been through the mines but can't get anything to help me. I'm stuck. What do I need for Verna and how do I get the last two tubes? Especially the one in the OSM rooms........ Got the one from ore refinery and also from supply room.
