I don't know that I call his appearances in the Woo films to be "cool." Pulp Fiction would work except that he got shot in the toilet. Cool people don't get shot in the toilet.

I dunno. Crowe is admittedly the least cool the of the bunch, but he doesn't pick roles that portray him as a laughably over-the-top one man army. In Proof of Life and Gladiator, I could believe that his character was capable of what he did, and the fact that he did it all with easy, confident stoicism makes him pretty cool.

The only movie I've seen with him in it is "Gone In 60 Seconds," and NOTHING in that movie was cool. I'll probably be catching Snatch and Swordfish on video at some point, though.
