My curiousity is piqued. If not distinguished by coolness, how is one to classify for himself the way in which some automobiles (in this case, a classic sportscar) are more attractive in appearance than others?

For instance, the only category in which Starsky and Hutch's '76 Ford Gran Torino outclasses Thomas Magnum's Ferrari is that it could take a beating better. OK, maybe it gets better gas mileage too, but that's not the point. The point is that the Ferrari is a better car than the Ford in SOME way, and now that i can't call it "cool," i'm not sure i know WHAT to call it.

Thanks, Sam, you've ruined my life.
