With FQ, the boat is west, then south as far as you can go from the general store. With TOA, that's really tricky. But first clear out as much garbage as you can. Map the entire room. And when you start chasing the mouse, don't always follow him. Approach him from a different direction as times. It took me forever at it so just keep working at it. You'll learn from you mistakes. With GOA, if you have the magic armor of magic, go jump into that hole in the ground in the forest.
