Okay, so I'm basically just posting a link, but it's pretty good. It's a bill that is being "considered" by the Kentucky legislature. I think that if every state had the guts to act this way (particularly section 2), we wouldn't be the bunch of whining hippies we are.

You definitely need to check out the full text of the bill, which requires Word, I think. If it coimes up with some business about a password, just hit cancel. Worked for me.
