Soliciting advice on class changes

I have a party of level 8 characters (level 9 rogue) and have briefly visited dungeon level 5 before realizing that I need to spend a bit more time upstairs. I'm also considering some party rearrangements. Here's what I'm working with:
3 Knights -- big on Strength, Stamina, Agility and Vision (Dexterity for the guy in front); grooming one of these to be an Assassin 1 Rogue -- big on Dexterity and IQ 1 Sorceress -- big on IQ and Vision 1 Wizard -- big on lots of stats; grooming him to be a Druid
The quandary is that I'm starting to find it limiting to have only 2 spellcasters in the party. In general, the spellcasters are kicking much more butt than the heavy front-liners. Now that my Sorceress has the Disarm Traps spell, I'm considering retraining my rogue as a Wizard. Then, after similarly retraining my Wizard as a Druid, I'll have 2 characters who can cast Sorceror spells and 2 who can cast Wizard spells.
Alternately, I might keep my rogue and retrain one of my Knights as a Wizard instead. The reasoning for that is: 1) in the absence of a rogue, spending 4 magic points to disarm every trap is costly, and 2) the rogue seems to be developing good critical-hit skills, which makes her a viable fighter -- moreso, perhaps, than the Knight.
Your thoughts on this? Should the rogue or the knight be retrained as a Wizard?
