Cook up some meatballs. Throw in a skillet
with a "Cream of" soup of your choice, and any

brocolli) and spices. Simmer for a while. Mix in
a healthy gob of sour cream and heat through.
Pour over pasta.

There is a more precise recipe in my
cookbook, but I never look at it.
