Go write for your school's newspaper. Virtually every newspaper has some sort of Entertainment section, and this is what you want to do.

From all accounts, becoming a reviewer of any sort isn't *easy* (as you can imagine there are quite a few people who would like to do it) but you'll definitely benefit from a strong background in journalism. The best critics are those that know the subject (so study music!) and also know how to write.
