Well, it's looking likely that sometime tomorrow I'm going to be told that I'm working in County Cork, Ireland pretty much immediatly. I don't know much about the details of the contract, but I'm looking forward to it, anyway.

Presumably, I'll fly out there each Monday morning, and fly back Friday nights. I hope they pay for me to travel Business Class. I've only ever flown economy before, and it would be nice to see the difference. Especially on expenses.

It's possible (but maybe difficult to arrange) that I might be able to meet Faux while I'm out there. That would be cool, and another very good reason to go.

I've got a busy period ahead of me. I'll (hopefully) be in Ireland for the next couple of weeks, then A quick stop back in London for my birthday before I jump on another plane for my holidays (Prague, if you're one of the few I've not already been excited at). Then, the day I get back to work after that, I have a pay review (six months, I've had this job now), and then I expect I'll be back in Ireland toot suite.

Oh, and I saw my bank balance yesterday, and I was so pleased with the unusually large (for me) amount, that I rushed out and bought myself a digital camera. I then spent half as much again on a 64MB smart card for it so I can go on holiday without my laptop and still have plenty of piccies.
