But knowing Hollywood there are SO many ways such a thing could go awry without care taken to be faithful to the original world and spirit of the preceding works. Although I did LOVE seeing a trailer in the theater for Myst 3 (yes, a cinematic trailer for a computer game)... huuuuge screen and mega surround sound... I would miss being able to take a hand in it. Plus many of my favorite games I love for the plots of such intricacy that there is NO WAY such a thing could ever fit in a movie.

Can I just play the game on a movie-sized screen with the surround sound? :)
