But anyway, twice now (at least) on the way home, and once on the way to school, I've taken the bus with an Asian woman. The only word she seems to know is "quarter". The last time I encountered this woman on the way home, I gave her a quarter, as did several other people - I assumed she needed bus fare. She then proceeded to get on the bus and pay with different money, and then go to many of the people on the bus and ask for quarters.

One time in high school, I didn't have any lunch money (okay, almost every day of my junior year I didn't have any lunch money, but I'm talking about one particular day like that), so I stood in between the two lines for hot food and asked people "Can I have a quarter?" for about ten minutes. I had enough for lunch and made about $3.25, I think.
