I don't know the answer. But it's interesting to watch the *way* people walk or run through rain. Almost all of them do it all hunched over and squinty-eyed and defeatist. They're getting wet and they don't like it and they want the rain to know that. Does it stop them getting wet? Nope.

Next time you walk in the rain, stand up straight and WALK, don't scurry along in fear and loathing like a shrivelled rat. You can walk fast if you like, or run, but do it assertively with your head up and your eyes open and don't cringe. You wouldn't *believe* what a difference it makes. I'm sure you get less wet that way.
