I went to Holly Lisle's webpage (www.hollylisle.com, linked below) and found that you can download the e-book for free. Heh, I won my copy and felt special ;)

The site is really good for advice. Check out the Forward Motion page. There are alot of great articles, FAQs, info on workshops and such.
