I'm a writer, as are a LOT of other people here. In fact, Sam (the head of this place) is a writer. Tell us anything you want, and don't worry about being embarrassed because we'ver all done that before. Your posts can be serious, absurd, whatever.

Demcember 1985 for me. Born in Lincoln, NE, but now I live in Washington (which I like a LOT better)

Writer. And Idea Person (which means I poke into stuff that's none of my business and form weird thoughts). And nerd. But mostly writer.

> Political affiliation: None, currently (hey, i am after all 15.. can't vote yet!) I lean towards Republican on most issues.
> Hobbies: The internet. Reading good books. The internet. Reading bad books. The internet. Writing bad stories. The internet. Travel. Oh... did I mention the internet?

Writing, reading, making jewelry, collecting fashion dolls (like Barbie, but others too), the internet, drawing, films (I have a notion that I'm going to be a famous movie producer/writer/director some day).

> Pets: 1 guinea pig (Blind Lemon Wilbur), 1 ferret (Jimmy Dean), 2 cats (who both hate me), more gerbils than I care to count, and about 20 fish (all of which are named Charlie Tuna).

A cat named Asher. Strike that. An ADORABLE cat named Asher who loves listening to Mozart (really).

> Favorite book: "Candide" by Voltaire

Uh...so far, it's "Laughing Gas" by P.G. Wodehouse. Subject to change.

> Musical tastes: I'm often ridiculed by my peers for my fandom of Elton John... ("Hey kids, shake it loose together/The spotlight's hittin something that's been know to change the weather...")

Classical, jazz, CCM. I am a big fan of Ella Fitzgerald and Frank Sinatra. They're not really jazz, they're more like pop. Whatever.

> Other: Did I mention that I'm female? No? Well i am. (The name is a give-away, right?) I'm 5 foot 9 in bare feet, and I wear a size 9 shoe. I don't have a favorite TV show, because i don't really watch TV (bad for the brain, you know!) and I think robots will be a great boot to soceity once they make robotic butlers. I'm biased about comic strips, since I draw comics myself (they're heavy on humor, low on art...)

Female, 5 foot 4 (or so), size 9 1/2 shoe. My favorite TV shows thus far are Adam-12 and Mystery Science Theater 3000, I'm planning on waiting and seeing how this whole robot thing ends out, and I make some comics too (when I'm not busy writing and reading and going on the internet and making jewelry and trying to save money for more Barbie dolls).
