finer details of people's beliefs change over time. This is true of everybody from atheists to raving hardcore religious fundamentalists. Saying your current belief is a "stage" doesn't imply it's wrong or that it's some childish stupidity before you move on to the Big True Stuff.

Sorry. The word "stage" just has negative connotations to me, as in it implies, I think, a feeling of superiority rather than differing.

Anyway, it's unimportant, so let's not bother with it.
