This reminds me of a Mystery Science Theater 3000 skit where the characters decide what they want for their funerals. It get pretty crazy.
As for me, part of me wants to do something original (like playing a recording of Ella Fitzgerald scatting), but the other part wants to keep its dignity. So I'll probably have something very sensitive but calm where somebody reads a poem or something. Then they break out the kleenex.
