As I have mentioned before my family lived in Italy for three years. My mother learned to cook a lot of Italian dishes, and penne seems to be her pasta of choice (that and spageti, I try to show her how many diffrent shapes there are, but left to her own devices those are all shes buys).

I used to have the same problem Kelly does of looseing penne noodles before I could eat them. BUT NO MORE. I was always an imaginitve kid, and I came up with a way to have my penne and eat it too.

Penne, like Rigottonie (sp?) and few other kinds of pasta is a hollow tube. To keep you noodle on the fork you insert the prongs in the tube. You can only get one or two noodles at a time, but you shirt will remain clean.
