It happens. The right thing to do is to let it be and try to go on as usual.

I'm quite a depression-prone person - and I've no reason to be: I have an excellent job that gives me a lot of satisfaction, a good income, a loving family, a beautiful girlfriend that loves me really much...

When I feel so, I concentrate my thoughts on positive things. If I'm at work, I take a pause and go take a cup of cappuccino, get relaxed, read RW message forum, go in the bushy garden on the back of NCR's building and have some fresh air and a walk in this sunny day. If I'm at home, I'll take my bike for a ride in the countryside, where I can always find some interesting, curious, quiet place, or green fields; sometimes I go nearby a secondary railway station and look at the people, at the trains for southern Italy (the sun, the blue Mediterranean sea) and let my thoughts travel.
Before going to bed, I always read some pages from a book (...and at home I have lots of shelves full of books...).

A friendly smile! :)

AP.
