Grishny! You can't possibly mean that Escher has no structure! He's the single most structured artist in the world!!
At least, I can't think of anyone else right now with his level of thought-out complex structures in his/her pictures.
Dali, on the other hand, was a wacko -- but have you *seen* original Dalis? Some of them are so tiny and have so minute details you can hardly believe they're hand made. So although his paintings can be bizarre, they're done to perfection.
