I know that when I am writing, I can see the places vividly in my head, because I have been to them. However, others do not have the same benefit. I suspect that a good idea to help with this would be to write something based on a place I have imagined, and then leave it for a few months so the original imagined image is gone. I could then read it again and see if the story conjures the image for me. Or, of course, I could let others read my works and tell me what they feel is missing. *sigh*... Now I'm just rambling.

Hmmm... I just read the story again, in its entirety, and I found that it moved too quickly through most of the ending sequences. I glossed over some things that might have deserved more expansion. Is it just me? If not, I would appreciate suggestions on what should be expanded. If I get some good ones, I will probably sit down and rework the story. (For those who liked it, that should be enticement enough.) :-)

If you don't want to post suggestions here, feel free to email me. That's what it's there for.
