There is new restaurant opened by some people from Tibet, serving Tibetan cuisine. It's downtown.

As for activities, I just enjoy walking around looking at things. I don't have the money to go skiing, and hiking isn't an option, because I still have trouble breathing at this altitude. I used to love hiking in Pennsylvania, however, and I want to hike the Appalachian Trail someday.
In CO I run out of breath just by getting excited, let along trekking up a big old mountain.
