You do realize, don't you, that there are two different "Jack Frost" movies? I haven't seen either, but in the Michael Keaton movie, I believe it's about a father who gets killed somehow and then gets to come back to life as a snowman for a second chance sort of thing with his children. Supposed to be a heartwarming family schmeal.

On the other hand, the movie that the first message in this thread referred to, which is reviewed in IABBM, is a cheesy horror flick. It's about some escaped killer who gets toxic crap dumped on him, turning him into an escaped killer SNOWMAN, straight out of Calvin & Hobbes' "Deranged Mutant Killer Snow Goons."
