Probably so. I know this country has had some election oddities of that nature in the past, but they don't all come down to crazed courtroom shebangs like what's going on in Florida right now, partly because none of those elections were ever about electing the most powerful man in the world. It also helps to recognize that many other candidates in Al Gore's place would have conceded long before now, ending the story. But Al Gore has wanted to be President all his life, and apparently he's not going to let little things like certified vote counts and passed deadlines get in the way.
