Except that I wasn't addressing a different type
of death at all. Your original reference to
death in the first place came from a biblical
quotation that was referring to spiritual death.

>In that fashion, everything - every consequence of our actions, anyway - can be referred to as a type of "death";

It *could* be, but it can't be done reasonably.
Adam & Eve's spiritual death is very reasonably
referred to as death in the context of the Bible
because the Bible refers to that type of
death time and again, explains why it is death, and
so forth. It is very specific and consistent
about what it calls death -- it is not called death in an
arbitrary metaphorical fashion.

What this has to do with your original point,
I've since forgotten.
