Deep Space Nine journeyed too far from Trek for my comfort, I don't really like the characters all that much, and they harped too much on the Bajoran-Cardassian issue. Voyager is fun, but they've done too much with the Kromaggs or whatever those ugly aliens with dreadlocks are called, and I'm not much for Chakotay's spirit guide sequences. And then, of course, there was the animated series, which I've never seen and therefore cannot comment on it, other than it sounds silly.

Man, that was strange" sleator

The dreadlock villians from Voyager haven't been on the show for two or three seasons, they just got out of that area of space. And Chakotay hasn't done a lot of spiritual stuff, I understand the actor (I don't know his name) is frustrated that Chakotay hasn't been featured much lately.

OK my Trek movie list, best to worst.

Wrath of Kahn (II)
First Contact
Final Frontier (V) (I know, most people hate it, but I love the "What does God need with a starship ?" line and the fact that the villian Savik, is basicaly a groud therapist)
The Search for Spock (III)
The Motion Picture (I)
The Undiscovered Country (VI)
Generations
Insurrection
The Voyage Home (IV) (The Enterprise isn't even in this one, it gets way to silly, almost a parody of Star Trek)

And the series

TOS
TNG/DS9 (can't decide which I like more)
VOY

I still haven't seen the animated series, wish Cartoon Network would air them.

Just for the heck of it, I'll mention my favorite line of Star Trek novels, always a good read when you need to put your brain away for a bit. The best Trek Novel series is Star Trek: New Frontier.

New Crew, new ship, new misson. Some of the characters had bit parts in a Next Generation epsidoe or two. (Any one remeber Dr. Savik) And the captain is remincient of Kirk, insulting admirals who deserve it an everything.

Also there were a couple of now comic book series that had been canceled for several years now that were good. Star Trek: Early Voyages, the adventures of Capt. Pike and crew and Star Trek: Star Fleet Academy, which seemed to fall apart after Nog wen't back to DS9.
