For your fiction work that could, in even the loosest sense, be considered science fiction, fantasy, or horror, Critters is, or at least was, a great online workshop. Dave and I were both active there around 1996 or so. We did eventually grow out of it -- it turns out there's only so much Critters can teach you, and after four or five submissions, the critiques you get back start to look real repetitive. But it was a valuable and rewarding experience for both of us. I don't know if they're still as good, or even if they might be better, but they're worth checking out.
And, if the genres you write don't exactly match up, sometimes you can stretch it. One of the stories I submitted there for review was a traditional thriller story, but I labeled it horror and ignored the comments that it wasn't exactly horror. :-)
