So is applesauce, although the trick to that is not to let them mix together when you put them together in the bowl. Put the cottage cheese on one side, the applesauce in the other, and just make sure every spoonful gets some of each.

There was cheddar on top of the sheppard's pie, I put cottage cheese on my salad, and I ate a chunk of gouda, to top it all off. My daughter brings back gouda (or however you spell it) from Europe. I never met a cheese I didn't like.

Head cheese? Eeewwwwww!

> The cottage cheese talks are really grossing me out. I've never been able to find any redeeming quality in cottage cheese. Oh sure, it works okay as a substitute in lasagna when you're out of ricotta, but only in *extreme* moderation, short of that, it's just kinda nasty.

I agree. My family loves it, but it just reminds me of sour milk.

You don't like cream cheese?!? Surely you can't be serious! Cream cheese is what gives a bagel its flavor and meaning! It defines the bagel! You just can't get that from some old butter.

M"I take my cream cheese very seriously"el
