So is applesauce, although the trick to that is not to let them mix together when you put them together in the bowl. Put the cottage cheese on one side, the applesauce in the other, and just make sure every spoonful gets some of each.

There was cheddar on top of the sheppard's pie, I put cottage cheese on my salad, and I ate a chunk of gouda, to top it all off. My daughter brings back gouda (or however you spell it) from Europe. I never met a cheese I didn't like.

What about head cheese? Don't tell me you like head cheese.
The cottage cheese talks are really grossing me out. I've never been able to find any redeeming quality in cottage cheese. Oh sure, it works okay as a substitute in lasagna when you're out of ricotta, but only in *extreme* moderation, short of that, it's just kinda nasty.
Brie or mozarella: any day, any time.
I'm not much for cream cheese either: "I'll have my bagel toasted, with butter, please."

Tra "Gee, no one's mentioned toe cheese" nio
