Neat! I intend to have one character that acts as sort of a guide... Well, not really, but he's the typical standard shadowy figure that shows up in a spot to give you some information, then disappears (these sorts of people are EVERYWHERE in adventure games). Otherwise, most of my people will be pretty static...

He was my favorite character as well. Either him or the Dwarf.
