Sam, oh Sam oh Sam. "He lied but he didn't commit an impeachable offense". He didn't just LIE he commited PERGERY(I know that's not spelled right).
PERGERY is AGAINST THE LAW. WE HAVE LAWS SAM. If a normal person had done that they would be IN JAIL BY NOW. If he would lie about something as trivial as that, what else will he lie about? What has he lied about already? I am ashamed of the republican because they actually think that there is a budget surplus. HA! We don't have a beeping surplus, we have LESS money than we've ever had before!! Iraq was asking for it, but the time is just too convienent for Clinton.
