Gee, that's somewhat peculiar, About a year ago, my younger sister moved up to Anchorage with her boyfriend. I have always wondered why they chose Anchorage. It almost seemed random since neither of them even knew anyone, or had any professional plans there. Funny... I never knew her to be a pot-head (quite the opposite actually), but now that you mention it,... it could... explain (~raises eyebrow~) a few things (~glances right- then left~) about her.
